In this page, we introduce accomplishments in our development action and activities in projects.
Our total solutions in system architecture extend across the range from consulting, job analysis to system proposal, facilitation of various process flow, implementation and maintenance. We approach the analysis of the business-oriented model by EA and SOA in each project with a view to successes. We aim to further improvement in development efficiency and acceleration of making decision, in innovating BPMN for communication, designing, and analysis in addition to UML for systems design.
We are making efforts to enhance productivity and serviceability in applying OOA (Object-Oriented Analysis), OOD (Object Oriented Design) based on OO (Object-Oriented) logic to development process for abstract concept of business model to individuate the required functions for the systems.
Web technology configuring Internet technology has especially been improved to a concept of Web Computing. System architecture with the merit of Web Computing are becoming in effect in many fields. In our development case, we have many achievements with Web service・SOAP, Flash, Rich Client technology by Java applet. Our development cases are described below.

Our developing method is a combination of agile logic in XP and Critical Chain developed from TOC. It changes the previous concept of development method and should be the method matching to today’s projects which are predicated on quick delivery. There are few development methods with Critical Chain today, but we could make a conclusive performance as a result of a demonstration in a large-scale project on a quick delivery. We are also making efforts positively to Risk Management over projects. We plused our original logic to processes of a risk management in the range of PMBOK and established a framework as "Proactive Risk Management" to prevent potential risks from becoming problems. What includes all of those is positioned as our Project Management.
