Cyberware will use personal information for purposes written below.<\/p>\n

  3. Supports for each of various inquiries<\/li>\n
  4. Treatments within a required scope for contract executions of consignment business<\/li>\n
  5. Managing records of entering to and exiting from our office<\/li>\n
  6. Sending recruit information to prospective employees<\/li>\n
  7. Confirming histories of recruitments and applications<\/li>\n
  8. Managing employment and personnel of employees and retirees<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2.\u00a0Acquisition of personal information<\/h4>\n

    Cyberware acquires information regarding users within a required range to provide our products and services mainly in the case written below, provided, however, that the following case is an exemplification and information may not correspond to personal information depending on its details.<\/p>\n

    3.\u00a0Treatments based on agreement and the right of retraction<\/h4>\n

    Where users had given consent to the Privacy Policy herein, it shall be deemed that the user agreed for personal information to be handled within the range of the agreement, provided, however, that the user may retract the agreement anytime. For users under 16 years of age to use our service, his\/her parents shall agree or give permission to the user to use our products and services.<\/p>\n

    4.\u00a0Necessity of personal information supply<\/h4>\n

    Personal information Cyberware requests users to supply is necessary for providing our products and services. As for users who do not agree for personal information supply, there are cases our products and services are unavailable.<\/p>\n

    5.\u00a0Disclosure of personal information to third parties<\/h4>\n

    With out an agreement of the user, except in following cases, Cyberware shall not provide, sell or lend personal information to any third party.<\/p>\n

    • In case of the law, judgements\/decisions\/orders of the court or disclosure requests from the government forces to release personal information, Cyberware may provide those within a minimum required range.<\/li>\n
    • Additionally, related to the use of services provided by Cyberware or our business partner, Cyberware may provide personal information within a minimum required range in cases difficult to obtain consent from the user such as below.<\/li>\n
    • –\u00a0When the user has violated the law or related regulations and it is obvious that the third party or Japanese economy requires protection for its rights, properties, services and other interests.<\/li>\n
    • –\u00a0When human lives, bodies, properties and other interests are in imminent danger, and is in an emergency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      6.\u00a0Fixing personal information<\/h4>\n

      • Cyberware may request users for cooperation to keep accuracy and latest data of personal information.<\/li>\n
      • Regarding personal information Cyberware stores, users may request us to; 1) confirm, 2) fix\/add\/delete\/use data portability right, 3) discontinue the utilization, and 4) discontinue providing to business partners, in accordance with the separate procedure.
        \nNote: Inquires requested by direct visits to our office or inquires by e-mail regarding cases not defined previously herein may not be accepted.<\/li>\n
      • Users has the right to make an objection against each national data protection authorities having jurisdiction of handling personal information that relates to the user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        7.\u00a0Preservation term<\/h4>\n

        Cyberware will preserve personal information as long as required for providing our products and services, provided, however, that as soon as it becomes not necessary it shall be deleted.<\/p>\n

        8.\u00a0Relocation of personal information outside of the region<\/h4>\n

        Cyberware shall use personal information of users with no information of specific categories such as races, philosophies and religions in Japan.Though opportunities of processes using personal information occur irregularly, so that these processes may not violate individual rights and free, Cyberware formulates PMS conforming to JISQ15001 (Personal information protection management systems – Requirements) to secure that enough measures shall be taken for personal information protection.<\/p>\n
